ACM Cafeteria The raingutter regatta is a racing event for Cub Scouts in the Boy Scouts of America that is the sailboat equivalent of the pinewood derby. We come together as a Pack throughout the year to place flags with the Rotary Club Richardson and then take them down. For flag retrieval, we meet at ACM at 8:30 AM, get maps, and drive around locally to retrieve flags.
